NEW & IMPROVED - FREE STUFF

The NEW and IMPROVED give away!

Listen up peeps. I am adding two more books to the mix. All you have to do is leave a comment on this site or on A Farm Wife’s Face Book and you will be in the drawing for these two books and the others listed before. The deadline is November 12.
These two books are written by my friend Nathan Whitaker. By the way, he’s an awesome speaker and here is a link for his bio:

The first book is:

This book is written by Coach Dungy and Nathan Whitaker. Coach Dungy is a former professional American football player and coach in the National Football League. Dungy was head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1996 to 2001, and head coach of the Indianapolis Colts from 2002 to 2008.

Dungy became the first African American head coach to win the Super Bowl when his Colts defeated the Chicago Bears in Super Bowl XLI. Dungy set a new NFL record for consecutive playoff appearances by a head coach in 2008 after securing his tenth straight playoff appearance with a win against the Jacksonville Jaguars

This book is autographed by Tony Dungy and Nathan Whitaker. How cool is that?

The second book is:

This is autographed by Nathan Whitaker also.

So, get your fingers typing.

FINALLY!

I have it all together. . .well at least enough that I can start the giveaways I’ve wanted to ever since I changed my blog title to A Farm Wife.

All you have to do is leave a comment on www.afarmwife.com or on a farm wife’s face book page. https://www.facebook.com/?ref=tn_tnmn#!/AFarmWife?fref=ts

Everyone who comments between now and November 12 will have their name placed in a milk bucket for drawings. You didn’t really think I would use a hat, did you?

This is the good stuff you’re trying to win.

Mind Over Madi by Lynda Lee Schab.

Lynda is one of my best friends and has been a huge part of my writing career. After meeting her for 10 minutes I took off across the state with her to a writing conference. Since then we’ve become wonderful friends.

She and I wrote the Christmas production at our church called How Christmas Saved the Grinch. The production was viewed by 15,000 plus and we expect more than that this year.
Mind Over Mady is the first of three for Lynda. It is funny, easy to read and has a few messages weaved through out. And, her second book Madily in Love is due out anytime, so you need to read this one first. Oh, one more thing. My name is in her first book in the acknowledgements. Finally someone acknowledges me.

Her Safari by Lisa Mikitarian.

Lisa is a precious friend I met at that writer’s conference that Lynda dragged me to. She is a wonderful blogger and author with a great sense of humor.
Her book is a collection of short stories. When I first got this I decided I was going to read one a day so I could stretch it out. Not. Every story was so good I couldn’t wait to read the next one. This is a great book for just about everyone.

Creative Slow Cooker Meals by Cheryl Moeller.

Cheryl is a childhood friend. Her dad was a pastor at my church when I was growing up. I’m trying to remember how we ever reunited and I can’t. Cheryl has been one of my cheerleaders and a pusher. Which is great 'cause I need a shove every now and then.

Her cookbook has some delicious recipes. I’ve tried many. In fact, my daughters-in-law and I have looked through it deciding what to have for Sunday dinner. This cookbook is unique, using two crock pots for your meal. What better time to pull out your crock pot than now when the weather is begging for crock pots.

And, I’ll throw in a few of my books, 101 Ways to Celebrate the Ordinary. This is a book of reminders of our daily blessings that we quickly forget or overlook.

So, get your fingers ready and let me hear your opinions.
