Beautiful Blueberry Muffins

 
 
 
Preheat oven to 375.

Soften 1 C butter.

Mix together 2 C brown sugar with 1 C butter.




Add 3 eggs and beat well.


Mix in 3 1/2 C flour, 1 t soda, 1 t salt - alternately with

1 C milk

Mix well.

I had to buy blueberries because there were none left in the freezer. I didn't realize until I took this picture that they were wild blueberries. Apparently there are trained ones? You don't have to use wild. Add them frozen. 2 - 3 Cups.

When you add the frozen blueberries your dough will thicken up. That's OK.
Scoop the dough into liners. I use a cupcake scoop so all the muffins will be the same size and bake more evenly.
 Bake 375 degrees for about 20 - 25 minutes. Be careful not to overbake.



They are very, very good.
