Oven Fried Pork Chops


This is easy and very tasty.

Preheat oven to 350.

Dredge pork chops in flour, then beaten eggs and then Italian Bread crumbs. Season with garlic salt and seasoning salt.
Brown in olive oil for about 5 minutes on each side. Place in oven safe dish and bake covered at 350 for about an hour.
Mix can of soup and 1/2 C milk. Pour over pork chops after they baked for one hour.
Cover back up and bake another 30 minutes.


Add potatoes and fresh steamed beans for a yummy supper.
