Celebrate bending over. As I was mowing the lawn yesterday I had to get off and pick up sticks along the way. I have 3 sons with bad backs. Right now one of them with herniated and bulging disks can't bend over - it would be the worse thing for him. Such a simple act that would cause so much pain and more injury. Every time I bend over I pray for him.
