Celebrate hen scratching. Hen scratches dirt, finds bugs, eats bugs and lays great eggs. We then eat the egg that came from the hen that scratched the dirt that found the bug and ate the bug. So, some of us eat bug infested eggs - well sort of. Leave a comment
