Mix together and baste chicken for several hours or overnight:
1 C pineapple juice
½ C brown sugar
2 minced cloves of garlic
¾ C ketchup
1 t minced ginger
½ C soy sauce
I use the thin sliced chicken breasts.
Place on clean, oiled grill and cook until done.
You can grill pineapple rings to add.
Add green onions as garnish and enjoy!
