Well, I ain't getting any younger, so I am attemping and accomplishing getting healthier. I knew I needed help because I just know with all my busyness, I had no more time to figure things out. So, God sent me Cathy.
Cathy Whitener is a health coach and God truly brought us together.
When I sat down with Cathy I laid it out. "If you tell me I need to do something and I know I won't do it, I'm gonna flat out tell you and you need to help me find another way." I had visions of being told I needed to drink snake milk and eat dried rock berries. Anyway, I knew I would only do so much. And her response was "no problem, we can figure it out as we go." And that is what we have been doing.

Throw in a handful of spinach. |

I add one leaf of swiss chard. |

Fruit, fruit, fruit. |

1 t. coconut oil, 2 T aloe vera, 1 T chia and some good greens. |

This is what chai looks like. When it gets wet it expands and softens. |

Protein powder and Maca root powder. |
|
Put it all in together. |
|
Add about 1/2 C of apple juice. |
|
Blend together. |
|
