Pepper Steak

Pepper Steak over rice.
Cut round steak into 1/4" strips.
Sprinkle steak liberally with paprika and let stand several minutes.

Slice a green pepper and 1/2 medium onion into strips.

Cut 2 large tomatoes into wedges.

Brown the steak in 2 T butter.
Add 2 cloves of garlic, minced and 1 1/2 C beef boullion. Simmer and cook covered 30 minutes.

Stir in onion, green pepper and tomatoes. Cook covered 5 minutes.

Mix 1/4 C soy sauce with 2 T cornstarch. Add to the meat mixture, stir and cook until thick. Prepare rice.

Serve over rice.
