Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

 
Tis' the season. All things pumpkin.
 
 
Pre-heat oven to 350.

Mix together 1/2 C sugar

with 1/2 C brown sugar

and 1/2 C canola oil. Mix well.

Add and mix in 1 egg, 1 t milk and 1 T vanilla.

Add to batter 2 C flour, 2 t baking powder, 2 t cinnamon, 1 t soda, 1/2 t salt and mix well.

Mix in 1 C canned pumpkin.

Add 1 1/2 - 2 C chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes on greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Remove from oven just as they start turning brown.

These yummy cookies are more cake like. Add fresh cold milk and you have a winner!
