Chicken Fajita Pizza
This is one of our favorites and once again I just sort of throw it
together so I will try to get
amounts right.
Preheat oven to 375.
Slice green and red peppers. Dice onion.
Cut into bite sized pieces 1 - 2 chicken breasts.
2 cloves garlic.
Roll pizza crust out onto your stone or pan and bake crust for
about 5 minutes - just to get it started.
Stir fry the veggies in canola oil. Sprinkle in 2 T of fajita
seasoning and the 2 cloves of garlic minced or pressed in garlic press.
Remove veggies and stir fry chicken with 1 - 2 T of fajita
seasoning.
Add back the veggies and 1/2 - 1 C of salsa.
Sprinkle cheese on the prebaked crust.
Spread the chicken, veggie mix evenly over crust.
Add more cheese and bake at 375 for about 20 - 30 minutes.
You want to make sure the crust is baked in the middle of thepizza without the rest of the pizza getting too brown. So, keep
your eye on it.
Be prepared to eat yourself sick - this is so good you can't stop.
